Luck of the Irish!
After 10 days of frenzied bidding, the Flannagan auction was won by an Irishman, raising a sum of £340 for our Charities - WOW! Thanks to everyone who joined the bidding fun, and special thanks to the man Andy Flannagan who’s so generously donated his talents - check out his website www.andyflan.com.
Things are all looking rosy at the moment…
- The car is running better than ever thanks to its new head gasket and water pump - just a bit of tuning to do and alignment of the brakes hopefully!
- We’ve started our Church Promo Tour - last sunday it was Everynation London and St Mark’s Battersea Rise. This coming Sunday we’re properly testing the car by taking it up to Manchester - if you see us stranded on the M6 somewhere please stop and give us a push!
- With the Flan auction result, generous donations online and sales of Sanddodgers Christmas Cards and T-Shirts, we’ve closing in on our £10k fundraising target. If you’ve not donated already, you can donate now!
