The good work goes on
So I turned up at the car yesterday to find the car jacked up & wheel missing - yep, we’re keeping the car in Uxbridge…
It was of course Jon beavering away restoring the wheel bearings to smooth running and replacing the gunked up grease.
We also wired in an Immobiliser switch and knocked up a little radiator fan thermostat bypass cable to help cool the engine a bit more. Work on the car went so well we started thinking of where we could install a engine bay hot water container for those all-important cuppas on the road to Banjul
Have also trialled our advertising stickers, so we should get the rest on in the next week and start covering up all the body work rust… well some of it anyway. We still have a couple of squares left to sell, so snap them up quick!
It shows how ‘off white’ the paint job has become! We’ve added more stuff to the ever growing wish list - anyone got a 12V saab/volvo radiator & fan lying around?
